A new chapter in the local history of co-operative movement was written in March 1984 when two major co-operatives – The Singapore Police Co-operative Society Ltd and the Singapore Government Staff Credit Co-operative Society Ltd – pooled their resources together to venture into the business of providing higher grade security services. Today, Premier Security also counts ten other co-operatives as Institutional Members, which greatly solidifies our financial base.

Our History
Premier Security was set up to create jobs for retirees from the Police Force and uniformed services. Possessing vast experiences and knowledge in the security field, these personnel would enhance the quality of security services and complement the regular police in managing the crime rate and making Singapore a safe and secure place to live in and do business.
